Who am I buying from?
Every product on Frendzie is listed by an independent seller with their own shop. The seller’s name is shown on each product, and you can visit their shop page to see everything they sell.
How does shipping work?
Each seller packs and ships their own orders and sets their own shipping rates and times, which you will see at checkout. If you order from more than one shop, your items may arrive in separate packages.
Can I return something?
Each shop sets its own return policy. Check the shop’s policy before you buy, and contact the seller first if something is wrong. Read more on our Returns & Refunds page.
How do I follow a shop or save a product?
Tap the heart on any product to add it to your wishlist. Create a free account to keep your wishlist and order history in one place.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are handled by our payment processor over an encrypted connection. Sellers never see your card details.
For sellers
How much does it cost to sell?
Opening a shop is free. Frendzie keeps a commission on each completed sale. Your dashboard shows the current rate before you list anything.
How do I get paid?
Your earnings from completed orders go to your seller balance. You can request a withdrawal to the payout method you set up in your dashboard.
Do I have to ship my own orders?
Yes. You pack and ship your own orders and set your own shipping rates. Mark orders as shipped in your dashboard so your buyers know they are on the way.
What can I sell?
Things you make, design or curate yourself, and products from small businesses you run. See the Sell on Frendzie page for what is not allowed.
