This policy explains what information Frendzie collects, how we use it and the choices you have. Frendzie is operated by COMPRESOLUTIONS, LLC (“we”, “us”).

What we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, password and, for sellers, shop name, shop URL, phone number and payout details.
  • Order information: items bought, shipping and billing address, and order history. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by us or shown to sellers.
  • Messages: what you send us through the contact form and messages between buyers and sellers.
  • Usage information: pages viewed, device and browser type, and cookies that keep you signed in and remember your cart and wishlist.

How we use it

To run the marketplace: create and secure accounts, process orders and payouts, show your orders and wishlist, answer support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

What sellers see

When you buy from a shop, that seller receives your name, shipping address and the contents of your order so they can fulfil it. Sellers may only use that information to complete and support your order.

Who else we share with

Service providers that help us run the site, such as hosting, payment processing and email delivery, under agreements that limit their use of your information. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect the safety of our users.

Your choices

You can update your account details at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and personal information by contacting us. Some order records may be kept as long as the law requires.

Children

Frendzie is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Sellers must be at least 18.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
