These terms govern your use of frendzie.com. Frendzie is operated by COMPRESOLUTIONS, LLC (“Frendzie”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. What Frendzie is

Frendzie is a marketplace that connects independent sellers with buyers. Sellers list, sell and ship their own products. Unless a listing says otherwise, Frendzie is not the seller of items listed by sellers and is not a party to the sale between buyer and seller.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your password secure and be responsible for activity on your account. Sellers must be at least 18 years old. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

3. Buying

When you buy an item you are entering a contract with the seller. Prices, shipping costs, delivery times and return policies are set by each seller. If there is a problem with an order, contact the seller first, then us (see Returns & Refunds).

4. Selling

  • You may only list items you have the right to sell, and your listings must be accurate, including photos, materials, condition and shipping times.
  • You are responsible for fulfilling orders, shipping on time, handling returns under your stated policy and responding to buyers.
  • You are responsible for any taxes, licences and permits that apply to your business.
  • Frendzie keeps a commission on each completed sale at the rate shown in your seller dashboard. We may change the rate with notice; changes do not apply to orders already placed.
  • Earnings are paid to your seller balance once an order is completed, minus commission and any refunds, and you can withdraw them using the payout methods we offer.

5. Not allowed

Counterfeit goods, items that infringe trademarks or copyrights, weapons, drugs and drug paraphernalia, adult products, recalled or unsafe products, hateful content, and anything illegal. We may remove any listing or shop at our discretion.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, text and other content you post. You give Frendzie a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and promote that content on the site and in marketing for Frendzie and your shop.

7. Intellectual property complaints

If you believe a listing infringes your rights, contact us with the listing link, proof of your rights and your contact details, and we will review it.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items listed by sellers. To the extent the law allows, Frendzie is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees we received in connection with the transaction in question.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
